An investor needs to know how the project expects to make money and pay the bills. The answers should be elucidated in the Business Modeling document.
A solid business model includes the following components:
- Revenue model – which clearly identifies all project revenue paths and the rationale for choosing one over the other in the promoted business flow.
- Modeling screen – presenting all stakeholders, income streams, costs and ecosystem participants in a simple way to understand.
- Competitive Analysis – which presents reasoning beyond simple SWOT analysis for propensity to increase market demand and its benefits for token holders (see also Strategic Marketing Consulting).
